It is no longer uncommon to find couples who intend to marry to find more exotic locations than in the past. Americans certainly belong to this class of people though you can find plenty of wonderful beaches right here in the USA. They too are keen on organizing the wedding at remote destinations and thinking of Caribbean beach wedding as a viable option. It is not that their own beaches are poor but rather because those found in the Caribbean are just so spectacular.

Caribbean Beach Wedding

Since the climate in the Caribbean is more conducive than the US, you can hold a wedding in the beaches anytime of the year you choose. Although this isn’t the only reason - you only have to look around you to know that the location itself is incredibly romantic. If the location isn’t enough to convince you, a number of the all-inclusive resorts are now providing a Caribbean beach wedding service included in the cost. This of course makes it easy to enjoy the honeymoon immediately after the wedding without having to leave the venue, thereby enjoying it for longer.

Another benefit is that most of these resorts will also have provision for weddings where the couple would prefer a little privacy away from other guests but not outside the complex itself. However, if you are considering having a Caribbean beach wedding you will need to find out what the legal requirements are for the location where yours will be taking place. You will need to find out what these legal requirements are well before you travel so as not to have any problems when you arrive.

In all likelihood, there is a certain waiting period before you can hold the wedding and a marriage license might also be required before you can get married there. Be prepared to pay anything up to 300 dollars for the wedding license (depending on the venue) but they can be as low as 50 dollars - bear this in mind. You will also need to be aware of any specific passport regulations at the island you are visiting for your Caribbean beach wedding - a small matter like this could completely spoil everything you have planned. Of course you would not like to be deported from your wedding venue simply because you are not in possession of a valid passport, right?

Caribean Vacation

While there are many travel destinations in the world that provide all inclusive vacations, it is the Caribbean that most people think of first. It is still a matter of debate as to why the Caribbean is so popular for all inclusive vacations; in fact more are booked on this basis than those for bed and breakfast only. A number of people believe this popularity has been created as a method of bringing in more tourists to what is already undoubtedly a very busy group of islands, however, there is very little evidence that this is the case.

The probability is that for many people, the fact that an all inclusive Caribbean Vacation means that they can easily budget for costs, especially for people that like to know there are few other financial outlays to expect. Like different life insurance plans , every type of vacation and travel package is available so just about anyone’s travel needs can be tailor made to suit them. Many people traveling to the islands are returning to see family and not so much is needed, there is generally no need for anything other than a flight to be arranged.

Most people will find however, the option that will be more affordable will be an all inclusive Caribbean vacation. Of course owing to the number of bookings made, it is usually less expensive to book through a tour operator than it is to arrange the vacation independently,However, those travelers that are more independent would not arrange a vacation like this no matter how tempting the financial offer. Many people are still unsure of what to expect from an all inclusive vacation even though they have now been around for a good many years.

Room costs will always been included in every rate quoted for a vacation, but that’s the only constant between every package. All meals and any additional food are included in this type of package but that is not always the case, this arrangement can vary but the majority will at least supply a cooked or continental breakfast. It is strange how many people still believe if they have booked a full board package that it actually means all inclusive!

Simply put, a full board hotel arrangement means that you will be supplied with three meals each day while an all inclusive Caribbean vacation resort will supply all food at any time (including snacks) and the same for drink as well; alcoholic and non-alcoholic. Many vacation packages may include vouchers or discounts for activities that visitors can participate in,normally there will be an additional (usually lower) cost attached nevertheless. Generally speaking, at all inclusive Caribbean vacation resorts everything is free, usually entertainment and often excursions are part of the price, which does make it easier to enjoy a wonderful location without the need to carry any money around.
