It is no longer uncommon to find couples who intend to marry to find more exotic locations than in the past. Americans certainly belong to this class of people though you can find plenty of wonderful beaches right here in the USA. They too are keen on organizing the wedding at remote destinations and thinking of Caribbean beach wedding as a viable option. It is not that their own beaches are poor but rather because those found in the Caribbean are just so spectacular.

Caribbean Beach Wedding

Since the climate in the Caribbean is more conducive than the US, you can hold a wedding in the beaches anytime of the year you choose. Although this isn’t the only reason - you only have to look around you to know that the location itself is incredibly romantic. If the location isn’t enough to convince you, a number of the all-inclusive resorts are now providing a Caribbean beach wedding service included in the cost. This of course makes it easy to enjoy the honeymoon immediately after the wedding without having to leave the venue, thereby enjoying it for longer.

Another benefit is that most of these resorts will also have provision for weddings where the couple would prefer a little privacy away from other guests but not outside the complex itself. However, if you are considering having a Caribbean beach wedding you will need to find out what the legal requirements are for the location where yours will be taking place. You will need to find out what these legal requirements are well before you travel so as not to have any problems when you arrive.

In all likelihood, there is a certain waiting period before you can hold the wedding and a marriage license might also be required before you can get married there. Be prepared to pay anything up to 300 dollars for the wedding license (depending on the venue) but they can be as low as 50 dollars - bear this in mind. You will also need to be aware of any specific passport regulations at the island you are visiting for your Caribbean beach wedding - a small matter like this could completely spoil everything you have planned. Of course you would not like to be deported from your wedding venue simply because you are not in possession of a valid passport, right?
